On the occasion of the Festa dei Ceri on May 15, it is possible to enjoy a unique experience: a guided tour to discover the medieval city along the route of the Corsa dei Ceri, from the basilica of St. Ubaldo to the Piazza Grande, which with its scenic architecture is the centerpiece of the event.
It is here that one can look forward to the spectacular moment of the presentation of the Ceri, when these imposing wooden machines are raised among the crowd of ceraioli.
In the afternoon, the candle race moves into its final moment when they are led back to the top of Mount Ingino, inside the Basilica of St. Ubaldo.
