with the palate, which can take advantage of its celebrated gastronomy; and with the skin, exposed to the sun and the purified, living air that comes from its hills and mountains.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">But most of all with the hearing, aimed at the enjoyment of the many concerts and performances that enliven the region.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Between June and September, Umbria hosts some of the most interesting festivals on the Italian scene.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In <strong>Spoleto<\/strong>, from June 28 to July 14, the famous &#8220;Festival of Two Worlds&#8221;
